From Calais take Route 9 west to Bangor, Interstate 95 south to Newport, Route 2 west to Skowhegan.Route 201 north to Route 148 west through Madison to Route 201A ì north to North Anson. Route 16 west to Kingfield. Route 27 north to Sugarloaf/USA.
From Montreal, Canada and the West:
Head east to Sherbrooke to end of Route 10. Take 112 east to Route 253 south to Cookshire. Turn left onto Route 108 to Route 212 east through La Patrie to Woburn Take 161 south to U.S. border. From there it is 58 kilometers on Route 27 to Sugarloaf/USA. Approximate travel time is 3-3/4 hours from Montreal or 1-1/2 ì hours from Sherbrooke.
