Maine's natural side, from micro to massive, is the focus of the George B Dorr Museum of Natural History, appropriately housed in the former headquarters of Acadia National Park. Get hands-on in the indoor tide pool and enjoy student-created dioramas as part your visit to this educational facility. There are a number of kid-oriented programs and adult-friendly lectures offered throughoug the year, contact the museum for more information.
