Direction to the Property from Airport PWM -
Leaving jetport follow signs to I-95 North. Go 6 miles to exit
52, I-295 connector, to I-295 North. Take exit 31 off I-295
to Route 196 toward Topsham. Take Route 196 to US 201 Main
Street. Turn right on Main Street and proceed to the next
traffic signal at Elm Street Route 24. Turn left on Elm Street
and go one short block to Pleasant Street. Turn left on
Pleasant Street and we are the third house on the left.
Direction to the Property from North -
From US Route 1 South. Take the second Topsham exit, US Route
201. Proceed across the bridge over the river into Topsham and
up the hill to the traffic light at Elm Street Route 24. Turn
right onto Elm Street and go one short block to Pleasant
Street. Turn left onto Pleasant Street. We are the third house
on the left.
From I-295 South. Take exit 31A toward Topsham. Proceed
through 4 closely spaced traffic lights to US 201 Main Street.
Turn right onto Main Street toward Topsham Brunswick to the
next traffic light, Elm Street Route 24. Turn left onto Elm
Street and go one short block to Pleasant Street. Turn left
onto Pleasant Street and we are the third house on the left.
Direction to the Property from South -
From I-295 North. Take exit 31, turning right onto Route 196
toward Topsham. Proceed through three closely placed traffic
signals to US Route 201 Main Street. Turn right onto Main
Street and proceed to the next traffic signal at Elm Street
Route 24. Turn left onto Elm Street and go one short block to
Pleasant Street. Turn left onto Pleasant Street and we are the
third house on the left.
